User's Menu is Missing the Accounting Tab for One Invoice Reassigned to Her

ISSUE

One user's menu is missing Accounting for a single invoice.

An active user is missing functions in the Navigation menu for a particular invoice. The invoice has been reassigned to the user for coding, but she is missing the Accounting tab in the menu.

Other invoices in her Web Inbox are displaying the menus.

Other invoices look fine.

CAUSE

The supplier had an expiry date.

SOLUTION

Resolve the supplier expiry date.
