Resistant AI dll - Too many failures/ Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found)

ISSUE

I have build simple logic to integrate dll into customer's processes and while I got response form RAI API for few documents (so there is no obvious issue with configuration etc.), now I'm getting error Too many failures (attempt 3) in job. Even on restart.

In Event Viewer logs:
