ISSUE

Getting an error when publishing a Batch Class.

Error 'Fatal database error - Error executing Stored Procedure. Cannot find the object 'NewIDTable' because it does not exist or you do not have permission.'

CAUSE

The table [NewIDTable] exists but the user executing the stored procedure lacks the required permissions, the error will occur.

SOLUTION

Check the permissions for the user executing the stored procedure. You can do this by running:

EXEC sp_helprotect @name = 'NewIDTable';

Grant the appropriate permission. Please refer to the Permission and Privilege Requirements for Capture.

After giving the necessary permissions, the Batch Class can be published successfully.
