When / how often are system updates performed in AP Essentials, and where can the release notes be found?



Solution

New "sprints" for AP Essentials are generally released monthly.   Users will receive a notification link on the login screen (just below the UserID and Password boxes) approximately one week prior to the new sprint being released to preview the release notes (i.e. New features coming soon).

System updates will also be posted in the Tungsten Automation Cloud Status page for upcoming releases.  Users may also sign up from this page to receive automatic email updates for these events, by clicking on the "subscribe to updates" link in the upper right corner, or by clicking on the "Send me updates" link within the maintenance post.

From here, select the desired Hosting Region and then users have the ability to sign up for automatic updates.

All previously released features will also be documented in the What's New section of the online help documentation.
